2007 Riviera Rose'
NEW Dry Rose This is a VERY special wine. People the world over have learned from the Southern French, a dry rose' is the perfect summer drink. Our Pure Michigan® version is made from our handpicked Cabernet Sauvignon. to borrow from a description Bandol's Domain Templar - "A drink starts off steely and refined with an impressive balance and then about two thirds of the way through turns into a subtle earthiness that makes your jaw frop (figuratively). The color in the glass is as amazing as the wine. Very limited quantities, no tastings.
