Tasting Room Associate

Join our amazing team at Cherry Creek! The focus of this position will be mainly tasting room related, but there occasionally will be opportunities for additional hours in the cellar, vineyard and/or during special events. The tasting room associate will be responsible for helping the tasting room manager with the following tasks/responsibilities:

– Enthusiastically greet, serve and interact with customers
– Adequately explain our variety of wines/ciders/beers to customers
– Restocking wine racks/coolers as necessary
– Opening and closing cash registers each shift including balancing drawers
– Sweeping/mopping/dusting tasting room
– Serving & bussing tables
– Other duties as assigned; including assisting kitchen staff when necessary.

The ideal applicant will be available 3 days/evenings per week beginning in December, 2023. Hours can be flexible, but will require regular weekend availability. Additionally, you must have a team-oriented mentality; our awesome staff are a quintessential part of the Cherry Creek experience! Preference will be given to those who have prior wine related service/sales experience, but we are certainly willing to train any motivated/enthusiastic candidates. Pay commensurate with experience. Please note that we are also actively searching for a Cellarhand; these positions could be combined into one Full-Time position for the right candidate. Cellarhand

Join our amazing team at Cherry Creek! The focus of this position will primarily be wine/cider production in the cellar, but will occasionally require hours in the tasting room for special events. The candidate will be responsible for helping the assistant winemaker with the following tasks/responsibilities:

– Bottling & labeling wine
– Cleaning & maintaining tanks & equipment
– Restocking the Tasting Room with wine/cider and other products as necessary
– Pruning & maintaining our existing vineyard blocks
– Post & trellis repair and maintenance
– Harvest related activities
– Other duties as assigned

The ideal applicant will be available 2-3 days per week beginning in December, 2023. Hours can be flexible, but will require 16-24 hours per week to adequately complete all necessary tasks. Preference will be given to those who have prior winery/vineyard experience, but we are certainly willing to train any motivated/enthusiastic candidates. Pay commensurate with experience. Please note that we are also actively searching for an additional tasting room associate, these positions could be combined into one Full-Time position for the right candidate.
